The Murrumbidgee Horticulture Council Inc. is the organisation which represents the interests of the combined horticultural industries, and high security irrigators, in the Murrumbidgee Region. The Council is a non-profit association, established in 1993, for the purpose of promoting the development, and sustainable management, of the Horticultural resources of the region.
Council offices are based in Griffith, at the heart of the dynamic Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area of NSW.
The Murrumbidgee Water Pool operates by pooling small individual parcels of water, which enables water buyers to achieve the amount of water they need in one "dealing". All water in the Pool is sold and contributors are paid the average pool sale price.

Specifically targeted at involving women in on-farm chemical management, The NRAC Project has developed this website to provide a chemical compliance portal for rural women. This website has been developed to be user friendly and help you to know what you don’t know, what you need to know, may want to know and how to go about things when you do know!
